This post is about a high level athlete who was competing in sparring and was representing Argentina, he was a great fighter, but after we have not heard about him since he had a serious injury during a championships.




Sebastian Eduardo Crismanich was seriously injured in is right leg during the Mexico Taekwondo open 2015.
Crismanich serious injury happened during the match against the Trinidad and Tobago athlete Lenn Hypolite,
Lenn lifted his knee to block Sebastian kick (illegal block in taekwondo), which caused a fracture in sebastian's tibia and fibula.
Sebastián Eduardo Crismanich is an Argentine taekwondo athlete born 30 October 1986 in Corrientes. He won the gold medal in the men's 80 kg division at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Sebastián has the distinction of being the second individual athlete to win a gold medal for Argentina, the inaugural taekwondo medal for Argentina.




After that bad injury in 2015, Sebastian who is aged of 34 disappeared and w have not seen him competing anymore in Taekwondo events after the year of his injury.
