Bianca Bree was raised in the film industry and has athletic genes, with her father being martial artist/actor Jean-Claude Van Damme and her mother, a former bodybuilder and fitness competitor Gladys Portugues. Bianca was involved in various sports such as karate, kick-boxing, boxing, ballet, and figure skating at a young age due to her parents' athleticism. She initially aspired to compete in the Olympics, but her dislike for figure skating led her to short track speed skating, eventually aiming for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
