The Kukkiwon president elected publicly for the first time in history

   For the first time in Kukkiwon history, the president was elected publicly today in kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquarters) 11,october 2019, this is a chocking news in a good way 😉. 
This may help to start a new change in Taekwondo, but we still do not know if this chair will be open to non Koreans or not. 
Our question is: can WT follow the same steps of Kukkiwon?
