Integrating an audience lady in ITF self defense 😁

This is a nice ITF Taekwondo demonstration performed by a North Korean Taekwondo team.




One of the great shows they were doing lately is to integrate a lady from the audience in their self defense demonstrations.

This lady here is being protected through many techniques including using their bodies against thick sticks hits.
The adopted North Korean ITF (birn in the South) is one of the martial arts that kept the traditional style in both training and also in the competition. 
Since the big split between the two, ITF Taekwondo dis not change much, while the world taekwondo keeps changing. 
The more WT Taekwondo changes, the more differences we can see between the two martial arts.
