Miss Valerie Loreda talks about Taekwondo and her wishes to get the MMA title one day after winning two fights in her carrier.
Many Taekwondo fighters and practitioners moved to MMA and had much success, but it does not mean that every Taekwondo fighter is going to have a successful carrier in the MMA cage.
Taekwondo would be so helpful in the MMA fights when fighters but knowing other styles is obligagory to make the fighting style as a complete system.
