Female martial arts instructor, 21, 'sent 15 nude photos to 11-year-old student and invited him over to her house for s.e.x
A female martial arts teacher, 21, has been taken into custody after allegedly sending 15 nude photos to an 11-year-old student and inviting him over to her house for sex.
Steph. Figu. from Florida, is facing charges of child abuse, attempted lewd or lascivious conduct, solicitation, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and showing obscene material to a minor.
The incident came to light when the young boy's mother discovered inappropriate messages on his phone from Figueroa on the messaging app Kik.
The boy revealed that Figueroa had been sending him nude photos and flirting with him, expressing her interest in having sex with him. He informed police that Figueroa had told him she liked him multiple times and had made advances towards him starting in February.
One message from Figueroa indicated that she was looking forward to another sleepover at the karate school, where she could have sex with the boy in a forceful manner.
Although the owner of Next-Gen Xtreme Martial Arts confirmed the existence of sleepovers at the school, he claimed he had not witnessed any inappropriate behavior between Figueroa and the student.
The boy reported that Figueroa had touched his thigh during a sleepover but stopped when he requested her to do so. She had supposedly expressed a desire to cuddle with him during another sleepover.
In addition to the nude photos, Figueroa had invited the boy to her 21st birthday celebration, where she informed him that they could engage in sexual activity since no one else would be home.
Figueroa is currently being held without bond at the Orange County Jail as the investigation into the disturbing incident continues.
