Medium intensity exercise such as Taekwondo training is effective during the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Dear Taekwondo master and grandmasters!
First of all, I as one of Taekwondo masters would like to express my respect to all of you who are fighting against the coronavirus Pandemic.
Unfortunately, as the corona epidemic is expected to be prolonged, Kukkiwon is preparing to evaluate the Poom/Dan Taekwondo Test in Korea as a video. If it is decided, I will inform you later.
Today, I post information that exercise is important to defeat the coronavirus.

According to American College of Sports Medicine, moderate-intensity physical activity is associated with better immune function. Regular physical activity can help reduce your feelings of stress and anxiety (which many of us may be feeling in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic).
Those at greatest risk for severe complications of COVID-19 are as follows; older adults (age 65 and older), people with chronic diseases (such as diabetes, heart disease and lung disease), those with compromised immune systems (such as those going through cancer treatment or with HIV), therefore, these individuals (and those under “shelter in place” orders) should avoid gyms altogether and exercise at home or in their neighborhood.

Working out medium-intensity exercise in general people, except for the coronavirus risk groups, is good for maintaining health. Definitely, Taekwondo is capable of moderate-intensity exercise while maintaining distance between individuals.
But, you should prepare a strategy to prevent infection is to avoid coming into contact with others who are infected with COVID-19.
