An amateur female MMA fighter dies after suffering from a serious brain injury.
A young amateur fighter in Mma has died after suffering from a serious brain injury during her fight last Saturday.
Her name is Saeideh and they call her Sai-Aletaha, she is 26 years old, she collapsed during her fight and they took her to hospital in a life threatening condition but unfortunately she died the next day.
The British-Iranian student at Loughborough University was a lovely character with a beautiful soul. Her dedication to the sport was 110% travelling miles every day just to train..
Accidents happen in martial arts fights, and sometimes the damage is just too big as what happened here with this new champion Sai.
