Official news about the new uniform

The WT said that the uniform was developed following interviews with athletes and meetings of the Technical and Development Committee and Athletes Committee during the 2018 and 2019 Grand Prix Series and Manchester 2019 World Taekwondo Championships.
Our question as Taekwondo cmmunity is: are those athletes and Development community really represent the Taekwondo practitioners in the world?? Of course not!
They say that this uniform brought life and energy to the sport 🤔. We really do not know how 🤷♂️.
According to this official article on the WT Website, they are already calling Taekwondo a sport instead of a martial art. This means it is a strategy to turn Taekwondo into a pure sport 🤦♂️.
The good thing is that they did not officially decide about adopting it yet,
and the decision will be made next December, and in case they do adopt it, the regular dobok (uniform) will be still used in kyorugi (sparring) and poomsae (not sure about that 🤔)If you are interested to read the official article of the WT, here is the link 👇
