Stetching is one of the most important exercises that helps Taekwondo practitioners to perform different kicks and techniques, without moderate pressure on their body. 




Here is 30 minutes video for some stretching exercises with the help of the wall 🙏

We should keep in mind that a good warm up should be prior than any stretching session. The warm up part would make you ready to stretch, and would decrease changs to be injured.
