A new Taekwondo poomsae
Poomsae Bigak  or the "Flying Kick". 
This poomsae is created for competitors aged between 18 and 30, the world Taekwondo also call it Bee Gak Ee Jang. This form requires good energy and mastering some dynamic kicks is obligatory, such 540 degree kick 🤔🤷‍♂️
