Arnold Schwarzenegger recently underwent his fourth heart operation, during which he had a pacemaker implanted due to an irregular heartbeat caused by scar tissue. Despite the seriousness of cardiac surgery, the actor reassured his fans that he will not be slowed down and is excited to start filming the second season of Netflix's FUBAR.
Schwarzenegger shared on his Pump Club app that he received a pacemaker to become more like a machine. He mentioned feeling great and is eager to return to his role in the action-comedy series. Although he will need to take a break from serious gym training, he plans to be fully prepared for filming next month.
The actor decided to disclose his medical treatment to offer support to others who may be facing similar heart issues. He expressed gratitude for the messages from people with a bicuspid aortic valve, like him, and hopes that his openness about his surgeries can inspire others.
Schwarzenegger has previously undergone heart surgeries in 1997, 2018, and 2020, making this his fourth operation. Despite these challenges, he remains determined to continue his work in Hollywood.
