One of the best Taekwondo demonstrations ever

 This is absolutely one of the best Taekwondo demonstrations shows, and we all know that when it come to the show, South Koreans are the best martial artists to show the beauty of Taekwondo.

Taekwondo is a world wide martial art and the Koreans are not dominants anymore in Kyorugi (sparring) , but they are number one in demonstrating the Korean style.

Since the late 80s and early 90s we have seen Korean showing up the amazing 540 degree kick at the time, and we were wondering how they can do that.
