Did Chuck Noris teach Bruce Lee how to kick??

Did Chuck Noris taught Bruce Lee how to perform high kicks? 

We are not really sure if this was right or wrong. The Karate Champion said that he taught Bruce Lee high kicks after they met each other. 

Before him, GM Jhoon Rhee said that he taught the art of kicking to Bruce Lee too.
