The old days of Taekwondo.. Fast sparring (no helmet)
This is one of the videos of Taekwondo championships during the golden era.
The style of sparring is very different and fighters are not doing the touching style of fighting, also fighters were not wearing helmets yet which is honestly not safe especially at that era, because the fighters were using enough power to score points. Nowadays Taekwondo became very safe but also too soft compared to the old days.
